2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact@hfz38.com.
After this timeframe, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
A cancellation is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We only accept returns and refunds under specific conditions to ensure product quality and fairness.
Eligible cases
You may request a return, refund, or exchange if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery
- You provide proof of purchase
- The item is returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all included accessories
We may request photo or video evidence before approving your claim.
Non-eligible cases

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Return Shipping

- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns without tracking

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges.
Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.
